Went to this restaurant on a Monday morning-afternoon and I got served pretty quickly! If you're looking for a time when this restaurant isn't busy this time is definitely the right time to visit. I loved the atmosphere of this restaurant and the food was very good! I got the beef rib pho. The portion size was also very nice for $20, I gotta say it is worth going here at least once! Not sure when the next time I'll be back as I am not a Seattle native, but I did enjoy my visit.

AMAZING. Leaving Hawaii, I wasn't sure if I would find another Pho place that rivaled Stadium Pho. But this place is delicious! The broth was so delicious and flavorful! Service was great. The servers even gave suggestions when I asked. I liked the overall vibe of the restaurant, it was an elevated casual spot. The neon signs were a nice touch. I thought it was pretty neat how they had Vietnamese cooking shows on the TVs.

The best pho restaurant ever!! The broth here is always good, no matter what time you come in to eat. Love how that it's always consistent. They always give you lots of noodles and meats for their regular that will definitely fill you up! I ordered the regular Pho Dac Biet, which has all the meat choices. Even though this place gets super busy, you'll get seated pretty quickly and your food comes out pretty quick after ordering! The place itself is spacious for a pho restaurant, but makes sense because they seem to very popular. There's also space at the bar if you would like to eat there. You must try their pho if you're in the area. You will not regret it.

Hands down best pho in Seattle! Having lived in S Cal for over 15 years and spent a lot of time eating Vietnamese food in Little Saigon, finding good pho in Seattle has been a challenge. On a rainy Saturday evening, we braved a 45min drive through traffic jam to Pho Bac Sup Shop, and we were lucky to be seated within 15min of arrival. The decor inside reminds me of a asian food hall or indoor market, but much cleaner and has a modern minimalist flare. This is a very busy place and they with hard to turn tables quickly to minimize wait time. Wait staff doesn't spend a lot of time to chat, but she was able to answer some of our questions at order time. She left with our order, and another staff brought our food fairly quickly. We ordered the wings, and they are crispy and deliciously sticky with a sweetened fish sauce glaze. The all cuts pho with beef ribs comes in a rich bone broth that can only come from hours of simmering rather than dumping in ladles of msg. I would have liked to see more than one piece of each cut of meat in my pho, but the extra order of beef rib is sizable and very tender. When you are done you take your check and pay at the counter, leaving me a little wistful, wishing we could get to know the people there a bit better. I get that it's a hard business to operate and support the volume of business they are doing. So do give them a visit! The food is well worth it!

My fav and go-to pho and bun bo hue spot in seattle! Love their chicken wings too. Parking is tough and sucks but it's worth the hassle. Pretty good service and awesome interior. The beef rib pho or bun bo hue is a MUST

We came here on a rainy and chilly spring Sunday night, the perfect weather for a hot bowl of pho! The parking lot here has very limited spots, but luckily we were able to find one without much trouble. The interior is pretty clean. We ordered two bowls of the Pho Bo with rare steak and meatballs. The aromatic broth is served steaming hot -- one first sip of this heavenly bovine-based elixir will make you drop your chopsticks as you enter a physiological state of Vietnamese noodle soup euphoria! The broth has a solid yet light beefy flavor that firmly tingles your tongue with delicious notes of classic pho spices like cloves and star anise. I like how the cinnamon component isn't too strong like with a lot of other phos I've tried before. The thinly sliced onions and herbal cilantro complete the clean and savory flavor profile. The rare steak and meatballs both taste relatively high-quality, with the rare steak being quite tender and the meatballs not tasting overly meaty. The conventional accompanying plate of raw bean sprouts, mint, and jalapeños are all fresh and not wilted. Overall, one of the best phos I've ever tried, and I've tried a lot from the mecca of Vietnamese food in East San Jose. Would definitely recommend on a cold rainy day in Seattle!

Solid pho place! The broth is savory! I also like their beef balls in the Pho Dac Biet (All the cuts). The interior is bright and modern, but with some Vietnamese accents (like the straw backed chairs). There are lot of window to let the light in. The restaurant's interior feels new and fresh. The service was good. I didn't feel like we waited too long to order or to get our food. Also note: You pay at the front. So after our meal I paid up at the counter in the back of the restaurant. Parking can be a little hard to find in the area, but we managed to find some.
